What is our return policy?
We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of the item delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with the protective film intact on the sole of the shoes. The shoes will not be eligible for a refund if the protective film has been removed or worn off. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.
For approved returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided and a $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Shoes must be returned using the prepaid label provided by Arco Couture.

Shipping information
Fulfillment: Our team asks for 1–2 business days to fulfill orders. Once fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming your tracking number. Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend.
Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is included with every order. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier usually takes 5-8 business days for delivery. Please note that packages are subject to carrier delays.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours after the delivery confirmation before assuming there is an issue. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they physically arrive at your address.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please file a formal claim with the carrier and provide our team with the claim number using our Contact page.
How much does shipping cost?
Complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
A shipping and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from any refund on return orders.
Care
Remove the protective film from the bottom of the sole before first wear to reveal the shoe's intended finish and performance. It is a safety hazard if protective film is not removed which may result in a slip or fall.
General care advice:
- Protect leather goods from water and humidity
- Store Arco Couture shoes away from light and heat
- When not in use, store your shoes in Arco Couture provided dust bags
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces
We recommend consulting a leather care professional or cobbler for specific advice and maintenance.
Are products covered under warranty?
